OUR TARGET IS FOR EVERY ELIGIBLE ADULT IN A’IBOM TO JOIN PDP – Party Chair

… Says Party is Positioned for Greater Impacts

The Akwa Ibom State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Rt. Hon. Aniekan Akpan, says that the target of party is to get every eligible adult in Akwa Ibom State to become member of PDP, as the party is well positioned to take the people of the state to the zenith and meet the aspirations of citizenry as it has always been the case.

In a review meeting with ward registration agents of the on going e-registration and membership revalidation of the party, the chairman who commended the efforts of the agents and stakeholders in seeing to the success of the exercise, stated that as a party that Akwa Ibomites have trusted with power since 1999, there is no doubt that more positive impacts are in stock for the people from the party.

He specially thanked the registration agents for the success recorded so far on the e-registration and encouraged to keep at it and do more to get the mass of Akwa Ibom people to be registered as members of the party.

The online registration of party membership and revalidation is on going across all wards in the state and has so far had massive enrolment with prospect to register at least six million eligible Akwa Ibomites.
