Over twenty-thousand peopl are expected to converge at the nest of Champions for the Inauguration of the National Executive Committee and grand unveiling of the Maintain Peace Movement.
The Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Mr. Udom Emmanuel, is expected to lead a high-powered delegation to the event.
According to the Director of Publicity, Comrade Ini Ememobong, the event will begin by exactly 12pm at the Nest of Champions ( Godswill Akpabio International staduim ) today Friday, November 19, 2021.
The planning committee has therefore called on all peace-loving Akwa Ibom sons and daughters, members of the PDP family, friends, well wishers and the general public to come witness the grand unveiling of a movement that will spearhead the maintenance of the peace already being enjoyed in the state.
Recall that the Maintain Peace Movement had earlier inaugurated steering committees across the 31 local government areas as well as ward EXCOs in all the wards.
