…As PDP structure meets, Preach Message of Loyalty to the Party

 

Yesterday, Elders, stakeholders and indigenes of Ikpanya Clan, Ward 11 in Ibiono Ibom who are members of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP met to reaffirm their avowed loyalty and commitment to the Party ahead of the forthcoming 2023 general elections.

 

At the meeting, Speaker after Speaker said the meeting was convened with the sole purpose of sending a clear message to PDP in Akwa Ibom State and entire lovers of progress and development in the State that Ikpanya Clan will, through their votes for the PDP, write their names as those who contributed to installing the incoming administration in the State.

 

The people said they were gladden by the continuous Strategic dividends of good governance and appointments from the Governor Udom Emmanuel’s administration to Ibiono Ibom nation, promising that the people of Ibiono Ibom and Ikpanya Clan in particular will reciprocate this by ensuring that the PDP wins massively.

 

Earlier on before the meeting, leaders of PDP in Ikpanya had visited the Palace of the Clan Head of Ikpanya, His Royal Highness, Obong Isaac Onosin to brief him on the intention of the PDP in the ward to hold series of meetings in a bid to intensify their mobilisation for the party ahead of the 2023 polls.

 

Notable Elders and stakeholders of the PDP in Ikpanya who attended the meeting include, Hon. Essien Johnson, Hon Udeme Jeremiah Uwah, Hon. Endurance Akpan, the Ward Secretary, Hon. Mercy Ita Ubon, PDP Chapter Officer, Mr Lucky Ekpeyong, Former Ward Chairmen of PDP Hon. Ayatmmoh Umo and Hon Okon Akpafin, among others.
